MK - GC
Markco
MK- GC type control valve is a sleeve control valve, a high performance throttle valve with large flow, excellent dynamic stability, suitable for throttling regulation of various liquids and gases, and suitable for harsh operating conditions. Suitable for a wide range of pressure drops and temperatures, with a variety of valve internals available, such as solutions for harsh conditions like high pressure difference, flash vapor erosion, noise, etc.
This series of control valves can be optionally equipped with special structures such as bellows seal type, steam jacket type, and extended upper valve cover type.

Notes:
1) The temperature and pressure range for the material treatment of valve internals can be found in the valve internals material treatment selection reference;
2) If cavitation is likely to occur, select a control valve that is resistant to cavitation;
3) If flash vaporization may occur, please choose the type with a reduced cavity, and the surface of the valve core and valve seat should be fully overlay welded with Stellite alloy;
4) For valve cores 1/4 "and below, there is only full Stellite surfacing and no partial Stellite surfacing.

MK-GC control valves comply with both European EN and American ANSI standards.
The valve body wall thickness is in accordance with ASME B16.34-2013, and each valve body cavity is optimized through 3D modeling and CFD simulation to ensure fluid stability.
The valve body and the upper valve cover are compacted as a whole by double-ended studs, and the design specifications comply with ASME VIII.
Quick replacement of valve internals - Valve bodies of the same pound-class size can be quickly replaced with different forms of valve internals to meet different process requirements on site.
Dynamic loading packing - The standard configuration of the regulating valve system is equipped with dynamic loading PTFE V-ring packing, and the dynamic loading design helps to provide a reliable seal for the process medium. A significant reduction in valve packing.The possibility of cartridge escape leakage complies with ISO 15848-1 and standards. TA-LUFT VDI2440 Low escape specification.
Easy to maintain - Convenient for quick replacement of valve internals, with clamping valve seat rings for shortened disassembly time. When disassembling the valve internals for inspection or maintenance, there is no need to remove the valve from the pipeline.
High cost-effectiveness - With a streamlined flow path design, it has stronger flow capacity compared to most straight-through valves of the same size.
The valve body structure allows the material to comply with NACE 0175-2003.
