The material of the regulating valve is fully suitable for urea and ammonium carbamate liquids, and complies with the material technical specifications of major urea process providers, such as Snamprogetti, Stamicarbon, UreaCasale, and other process providers.
The port connection is directly machined onto the valve body,reducing the weight of the valve and eliminating any internal dead zones.In fact, dead zones are a significant factor contributing to corrosion,as the enhanced corrosive effect of ammonium carbamate primarily occursin areas without oxidation protection (passivation).
