C 5700
The Parker Valve C-5700 series steam temperature and pressurereduction station is an excellent solution in the field of steamregulation, integrating high performance flow control and efficientintegrated steam temperature reduction performance. The primary application of the C-5700 series is inturbine bypass systems, where its use is not constrained byactual pressure, temperature,and flow rates.
A wealth of application experience has proven that the valve internals exhibit minimal wear, making them more suitable for continuous operation scenarios that require minimal maintenance.
Various desuperheaters from Parker Valve can be assembled in suitable steam conditioning applications, providing sufficient desuperheating water for different steam flow conditions and boasting an extremely high turndown ratio.
Parker Valve offers a variety of noise reduction solutions,including labyrinth disc stacks, to meet any appropriate noise requirements.
For continuous steam cooling applications that require alarge amount of desuperheating water, various desuperheating water injection composite chambers can be assembled, and the injection composite chamber can be lined with protective alloy
steel to prevent pipeline erosion.The standard configuration of the actuator is a single-acting,spring-return, pneumatic diaphragm actuator. It can also be equipped with a cylinder actuator, a positioner, and other related accessories for rapid or emergency actions.Hydraulic actuators or electric actuators can also be configured according to requirements.
Valve trim size:2"-24
Pressure rating:ANSI Class 1504500, or specific pressure rating.Pressure self-sealing valve cover(pressure rating ≥ANSI900)
Valve body material: A182F91,A182F92,A182F22
Forged spherical valve body and high-quality construction materials,featuring a more uniform wall thickness compared to traditional models.Thick, high-quality valve body welding results in minimal P/T fatigue effects.
The pilot-balanced valve core ensures high temperature and high pressure difference.Excellent metal-to-metal sealing performance in various applications (ANSIB16.104V level).
The GRF type graphite packing of Parker Valve can achieve bidirectional sealing,suitable for vacuum sealing requirements.
Comply with TRD301 specifications, meetingat least 2000"Cold start and 10,000 hot start cycles"ring.
Steam pressure reduction is achieved intwo stages:
The first stage involves adjusting the flow rate through the internal components of a drilled low-noise sleeve valve;
Level 2:A fixed throttle area that reduces the flow rate and noise pressure level,generates back pressure on Level 1, controls the steam velocity and distribution within the temperature reduction section, and optimizes the cooling process.
The second level of pressure reduction, known as the muffler, can be equipped with single-stage or multi-stage cage-type, HAS composite-type,and LIMIPHON labyrinth-type noise reduction devices.
The integrated temperature reduction section is directly arranged downstream of the second stage and consists of various spray temperature reducers equipped with nozzles or Parker valves in a steam compositechamber. The selection of the temperature reduction section must be based on operating conditions, factory layout, and process control requirements.
