SP 9000
SP9000 Self-operated Pressure Regulator is a Spring-seyting direct-operated universal pressure regulator.ltcan be use for upstream and downstream pressure control.The lowest control pressure is 3KPa and the highest control pressure is 3600 KPa.The lowest operating temperature is -48℃ and the highest operating temperature is 300℃.

Reliable Sealing
The valve stem of SP 9000 regulator is a long bellow structure. Sealing O-ring is used as a back-up sealing method,which provides an extremeyy reliable sealing for valve stem.
High Accuracy
The friction of bellow stem is far lower than conventional parkjng structure. The optimally designed spring and actuator will definiteyy find their best combination for process pressure,which makes the regulator have very high overall control accuracy.

Bellows-Balance Valve Plug
The valve plug use bellows-balance type, so it is low obstruction, resistance to corrode and resistance to high temperature. It can reduce the unbalance force by the differential pressure to a minimum level ensure the differenital pressure resistance performance and control accuracy.
Low Leakage
Single-seat plug has very low leakage during the closing of the regulator. The soft-sealed plug can completely shut off the flow and make the system enter into a holding-pressure state.
Stainless Actuator
